Haskins with the crimes of burglary in the second degree in breaking and entering Theurers Store in Richmond, Utah, and grand larceny in taking from those premises goods valued in excess of fifty dollars. Haskins pleaded guilty to the information; Little stood trial alone and was convicted of both offenses.
