A juror who had been acquainted with the prosecutor 15 years previously and a juror with strong feelings about taking human life need not have been dismissed for cause. The evidence was sufficient. Playing tape recorded confession to impeach defendants testimony and refresh his recollection was not error under R. Evid. 403. Enhancing the sentence for use of a firearm was not an abuse of discretion.
