ZIMMERMAN, Justice: Defendant George A. Royball appeals from a jury verdict finding him guilty of aggravated assault under section 76-5-103(1)(b) of the Code after threatening a cab driver with a knife. Royball argues that the trial courts admission of a knife, similar to the one used in the assault, and a ruler, illustrative of the testimony of a witness and indicative of the actual length of the weapon, was unduly prejudicial. He also contends that his intoxication negated the degree of intent necessary to sustain his conviction. The conviction is affirmed.
